As a Community Coordinator at V Coterie, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Very Important Professionals, or brand ambassadors, and fostering a vibrant and engaged community. You will be the primary point of contact between our ambassadors and the company, ensuring that they have the resources, information, and support needed to represent our brand effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with brand ambassadors, providing them with the necessary tools and information to represent our brand authentically and effectively
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new brand ambassadors, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our mission, values, and product offerings
- Work closely with brand ambassadors to coordinate content creation, including social media posts, blog articles, and more
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to plan and execute ambassador-driven campaigns, tracking and reporting on key performance metrics
- Foster a sense of community among our ambassadors, organizing regular virtual meet-ups, workshops, and other networking events
- Act as a conduit for feedback from ambassadors to the company, ensuring that their insights are considered in product development and marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on the performance of ambassador-related initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in community management, influencer marketing, or brand ambassador programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools
- Passion for the intersection of science, medicine and fashion, because geek is chic ✨

Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- This role's hourly salary range is between $16/hr and $22/hr. Actual earnings will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
