Complimentary Shipping

We offer complimentary ground shipping on all continental US orders above $50, after promotional discounts and excluding taxes anywhere within the United States or or its territories.

We also offer complimentary standard international delivery (4-6 weeks) on select online purchases of $100 or more, after promotional discounts and excludes customs duties & taxes, which are charged for importing products into destination countries.

Refusing Shipments

Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to V Coterie. The value is dependent on the destination country.

 

Lost/Damaged Packages

If your order appears to go missing in action, please first contact the postal service using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Please understand that V Coterie is a small, independent company, and as such we cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen or lost by the postal service. If this happens to be the case, please e-mail us at orders@vcoterie.com, and we will work with you to find a solution!

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to USPS no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We offer Route Shipping Insurance for guaranteed package protection and one-click refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged items. The cost is 1.5% of your total cart value. When orders are insured with Route, any items stolen off porches are automatically covered (11 million Americans had packages stolen last year alone!).
