To start a return: Your order number is the reference number located on your packing slip and order confirmation email.

Returns are only available for U.S. orders that were placed on vcoterie.com. You must be able to provide an order number.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items must be shipped back to us in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse worn, resized, or damaged merchandise. Please ensure that your return is packed securely in its original packaging as we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.

If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase, the gift product must also be returned for your refund to be processed. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from your refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom orders, charity styles, final sale items, and products that are specified as non-returnable in the description.

We are unable to refund shipping charges for any order, including wrong addresses provided, once it has been dispatched.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges from international destinations at this time.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returned items must be shipped back to us in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse worn, resized, or damaged merchandise. Please ensure that your return is packed securely in its original packaging as we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.

Re:do Returns

You have the option of purchasing Return and Package Protection (Re:do) for $0.98 when you place your order online. This protection offers a FREE return shipping label if you need to return or exchange your order.

If you did not purchase Return Protection (Re:do) you can still use our return portal below to purchase a return label. A return shipping fee of $6.95 USD will be deducted from your refund.

Please be aware that any shipping costs associated with your original order are non-refundable, regardless of whether you are returning or exchanging your items. 

We do not accept returns on custom orders, charity styles, final sale items, and products that are specified as non-returnable in the description. In the interest of hygiene, all earrings are final sale.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges from international destinations at this time.

What is your return fee?

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and accepted, you will be notified via e-mail. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting / cancelling the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out to orders@vcoterie.com with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled. We are unable to refund shipping charges for any cancelled order once it has been dispatched.

For custom pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

First off, our deepest apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to vteam@vcoterie.com. Our support team will be happy to help resolve this for you ASAP.

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges are FREE. U.S. customers may request an exchange on eligible items for store credit up to 30 days from the purchase date.
