My order is intended to be a gift. What are my options?

Pricing is hidden from our packing slips, so no need to worry!

All jewelry comes neatly tucked inside of our Pill Bottle Box®. To be eco-minded, we will combine multiple jewelry items into as few boxes as possible, unless you select Individually Boxed in your shopping cart.

Please note that other accessories such as lapel pins and badge reel charms are carded on a presentation card by default. A Pill Bottle Box® may be added for these products in the cart.

You can also add additional gift options, such as our Signature Gift Bag.

My order says it was delivered, but I did not receive it.

Please don't worry! If you’ve received your delivery confirmation but do not see your package, it may not be lost. Sometimes, the carriers are a little eager with marking orders as delivered before your order actually arrives, so we like to give them 48 business hours. Most likely, they will attempt to deliver the package again the next day.

If you do not receive your package within 48 hours, please contact us and provide the order number and shipping address. We'll take it from there!

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting / cancelling the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out orders@vcoterie.com with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of placing the order.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled. We are unable to refund shipping charges for any cancelled order once it has been dispatched.

For custom engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order. Please ensure accuracy at the time of order placement.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including changing the shipping address, please reach out orders@vcoterie.com with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of placing the order.

Do you have a warranty?

We’re committed to V Coterie quality, and that's why we've got your back under our 365-day jewelry warranty.

The warranty applies to jewelry purchased directly from V Coterie and covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period. Items under the jewelry category include earrings, charms (for necklaces), chains, rings, and bracelets. The warranty does not cover other accessories such as lapel pins, badge reel charms, badge reels, or ring boxes.

Do you offer discounts for volume or bulk orders?

Yes! Currently, we offer volume pricing for our in-house, in-stock lapel pins. The discount can be stacked across lapel pin styles (you can mix and match). Minimum bulk orders begin at 20 units.

Do you have any fundraising opportunities?

We encourage placing a custom pin order for fundraising purposes. This may include making small changes to our existing line of styles to include your school logo or colors. Since only you and your group own your design (i.e. we can't sell it to anyone else!), we are able to offer a deeper price break for your group.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Guam; plus, certain regions of Canada. At this time, we are not able to service all other international destinations. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address.

How much is shipping?

For U.S. orders, standard shipping is FREE if you spend $50 or more, and $6 if you spend under $50.

Expedited shipping is available in the continental U.S. Monday through Friday if placed before 11 AM CST for $20 USD per order. Please note during peak volume periods, expedited shipping options may not be available.

International shipment rates are determined at checkout based on your destination.

Should you decide to return the order, shipping is non-refundable. We are unable to refund shipping fees due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete (apartment, building, suite numbers) upon checkout.

How long does shipping take?

What do I do if my item is defective or if I received the wrong item?

First off, our deepest apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to vteam@vcoterie.com. Our support team will be happy to help resolve this for you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns are only available for U.S. orders that were placed on vcoterie.com. You must be able to provide an order number.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items must be shipped back to us in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse worn, resized, or damaged merchandise. Please ensure that your return is packed securely in its original packaging as we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom orders, charity styles, final sale items, and products that are specified as non-returnable in the description as final sale. In the interest of hygiene, all earrings are final sale.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges from international destinations at this time.

What does your Warranty cover?

How do I keep from losing my pins?

The default black rubber back clutch included with all pins is a reliable option when attached to low-traffic items.

For higher traffic items, such as an everyday bag or backpack, we recommend upgrading to a Locking Pin Back. It is equipped with an internal spring mechanism, making it the most secure option available.

How do I use the deluxe locking pin back?

1. Hold down the base (larger diameter) of the pin lock against the back of the pin.

2. Pull back the top (smaller diameter) of the pin lock to release.

Do your prices change?

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and/or to cancel an order due to pricing errors.

Several factors such as inflation, disruptions in supply chain, and the ever-changing cost of raw materials (gold and silver) may affect our costs.

We actively monitor these factors and do our best to balance quality and accessible price points.
