Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We're a small operation — please allow 3-5 business days for processing! (Please note that this processing time does not including delivery times).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do ship internationally. Please enter your shipping info upon checkout, and the rate will be automatically calculated.

Buyers are responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, as determined by the postal service. These charges vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
What is your return policy?
We hope you'll be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If not, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return. Returned items must be shipped back to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returns are only available for orders that were placed on vcoterie.com. You must be able to provide an order number.
What is your exchange policy?
Sorry, we are unable to accept exchanges at this time! If you received the wrong item, contact us at email@example.com with your order # and a photograph so we can fix it!
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
No worries! Contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and the correct address so we can adjust it accordingly.
V Coterie is not responsible for shipping information that was entered incorrectly. Where applicable, V Coterie will charge an additional re-shipping fee.
I ordered the wrong item. What should I do?
No worries! Contact us ASAP at email@example.com with your order # and we'll cancel your order so you can place a new one.
How do I keep from losing my pins?
The default black rubber back clutch included with all pins is a reliable option when attached to low-traffic items. For higher traffic items, such as a bag or backpack, we recommend upgrading to a Pin Lock backing. It is equipped with an internal spring mechanism, making it the most secure option available!
My order is intended to be a gift. What are my options?
Our packing slips do not include pricing. A custom gift message can be included with the purchase of gift packaging, which includes a crisp, white branded box and velvet storage pouch. You can access this option on the full product listing (not Quick View).
Can I use your designs/images/work for my project?
No, please don't use any of our work without express written permission. We take our intellectual property rights seriously. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about your project.
Can I resell your products?
You may not resell V Coterie items without express written permission, or unless you have entered a retail agreement with V Coterie. Learn more about wholesale here.
What is pre-order?
From time to time we offer pre-order on items that have either sold out and are on back-order, or new items that have not yet arrived to the studio. Your payment is processed at the time of order to reserve your item. Your items will be shipped as soon as they arrive, and, where possible, we will advise you of the estimated delivery date.
Why is the color of my item different than what is pictured on the website?
While we try our best to capture the true nature of our products, the colors displayed online may not exactly reflect the colors of your item. The appearance may also differ across various screens and devices.
My order never arrived. What should I do?
If your order appears to go missing in action, please first contact the postal service using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Please understand that V Coterie is a small, independent company, and as such we cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen or lost by the postal service. If this happens to be the case, please e-mail us at email@example.com, and we will work with you to find a solution!
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to USPS no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
I have received an incorrect item in my order. What should I do?
We strive to get each order right the first time, but mistakes occasionally happen. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered or is faulty, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and a description of the error. We will take it from there!
I am missing something from my order. What should I do?
We apologize for this! If there is something missing from your order, please e-mail us immediately at email@example.com with your name, your order number, and a brief message detailing on what is missing. If the stock is available, we will send it out right away. If the item is sold out, we will issue a full refund.
The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Some collections are limited edition and sell out quickly. If a particular item is popular, we will re-stock the item. Check back regularly, follow us on Instagram @vcoterie or sign up for the newsletter to stay up-to-date!
The item I bought is now on sale. Can I get a refund for the difference?
We completely understand your frustration! However, prices may change in accordance with trends, customer demand, and stock availability. Therefore, we are unable to refund any difference in price should an item you have previously purchased goes on sale.
