My order is intended to be a gift. What are my options?
Pricing is hidden from our packing slips, so no need to worry!
All jewelry comes neatly tucked inside of our Pill Bottle Box®. To be eco-minded, we will combine multiple jewelry items into as few boxes as possible, unless you add Extra Gift Boxes in your shopping cart.
Please note that other accessories such as lapel pins are carded on a presentation card by default. A Pill Bottle Box® may be added for these products in the cart.
You can also add a gift message in the cart and a Signature Gift Bag.
My order says it was delivered, but I did not receive it.
Please don't worry! If you’ve received your delivery confirmation but do not see your package, it may not be lost. Sometimes, the carriers are a little eager with marking orders as delivered before your order actually arrives, so we like to give them 48 business hours. Most likely, they will attempt to deliver the package again the next day.
If you do not receive your package within 48 hours, please contact us and provide the order number and shipping address. We'll take it from there!
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting / cancelling the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out orders@vcoterie.com with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of placing the order.
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled. We are unable to refund shipping charges for any cancelled order once it has been dispatched.
For custom engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order. Please ensure accuracy at the time of order placement.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to your order, including changing the shipping address, please reach out orders@vcoterie.com with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of placing the order.

Do you have a warranty?
We’re committed to V Coterie quality, and that's why we've got your back under our 365-day jewelry warranty.
The warranty applies to jewelry purchased directly from V Coterie and covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period. Items under the jewelry category include earrings, charms (for necklaces), chains, rings, and bracelets. The warranty does not cover other accessories such as lapel pins, badge reel charms, badge reels, or ring boxes.
Do you offer discounts for volume or bulk orders?
Yes! Currently, we offer volume pricing for our in-house, in-stock lapel pins. The discount can be stacked across lapel pin styles (you can mix and match). Minimum bulk orders begin at 20 units.
Do you have any fundraising opportunities?
We encourage placing a custom pin order for fundraising purposes. This may include making small changes to our existing line of styles to include your school logo or colors. Since only you and your group own your design (i.e. we can't sell it to anyone else!), we are able to offer a deeper price break for your group.
