Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Fulfillment Associates to join our vibrant team. A Fulfillment Associate completes customer orders received from an online environment. Your primary goal will be to contribute to the smooth operation of our fulfillment process, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time.


  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently based on product SKUs, barcodes, bin locations, and quantities
  • Ensure that all items are properly packaged and protected to prevent damage during transit
  • Receive incoming products, verify their quality and quantity, and document them accurately in the inventory management system
  • Restock products in designated locations, maintaining proper organization and inventory levels
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling any discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Review returned products for quality; and/or restock inventory from returns processing, sampling, and photoshoots
  • Collaborate with other team members, including customer service, to ensure efficient order processing
  • Assist with any facility needs that arise, including vacuuming ship station area and taking out recycling/trash
  • Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with cross-functional tasks as needed, such as packaging, shipping, kitting, and returns processing
  • Run errands (on occasion), including post office drop-offs, when USPS does not service our office/warehouse


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing, labeling, and documentation; with a dedication to quality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and collaborate with team members
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

  • This role's base salary range is between $14/hr and $16/hr. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
