We prefer to work with vector art. However, we will gladly accept Adobe Illustrator files, PDFs, JPEGs and more.

Our team of designers can make small modifications to the artwork or logos you provide. We will utilize our discretion to clean up any line work that would otherwise limit the enamel from filling into the mold.

Please note that we are not able to create any logo or design from scratch at this time.

We work with Pantone enamel colors. If you can provide us with the exact Pantone code, that would be helpful! Otherwise, we will use our design discretion to select the closest enamel tone.

Due to the high heat and nature of the production processes, colors may vary slightly from the proof to the final product.

V Coterie reserves the right to use graphics of lapel pins in promotional materials unless otherwise stated. We will not use your artwork to produce products for sale to any other entity.

Production begins once you have approved your design proof.

The standard production time is 4-5 weeks. During peak volume periods, though, these timelines may be extended. We want to make sure we have ample time to meet your event date, so please plan accordingly!

Below is an approximate breakdown of the production process:

Mold production: 3-4 days
Die struck cutting, welding back posts: 3-4 days
Polishing: 6-5 days
Plating: 2-4 days
Enameling (depending on complexity): 3-7 days
Quality checking and packaging: 3-5 days

Please also take shipping times into consideration.

Unfortunately, due to the intricate manufacturing processes involved, we are unable to expedite the process and therefore cannot guarantee a fixed deadline. If you have a hard deadline, drop us an email at design@vcoterie.com before ordering, and we’ll try our very best to meet it.

All orders receive a free online proof within 24 business hours following checkout. Revisions will be made to your proof for free until you're happy.

Should you wish to offer your custom pin for fundraising or a special charity cause, the price point is up to you! As a general guideline, our in-stock pins range from $10-13, depending on the size and style.
